Sidnys recently underwent a remodel. Now the ambience matches the quality and calibre of the food. Worth driving 40 minutes to get the hot roast beef and bacon sandwich. Make sure to check it out

I will never eat at this place ever again. I ordered an albacore tuna sandwich with avocado (total cost of $8.59). This place over-skimped on the portion size. They gave me a scoop of tuna between two slices of bread that was the size of a Cutie orange with a piece of lettuce and one dinky quarter piece of avocado. There are much better places to eat at - this place is a joke.

Sandwiches are simply amazing - great quality and absolutely delicious!! Nice and friendly staff - always serve with smile! I will never have a second thought to come again and again to eat sandwich or bagel here. Yep, Seattle’s original special coffee with many flavours is really an icing on the cake!!

Absolutely delicious bagels! Soft, doughy perfection. I came here to pick up a dozen bagels for my coworkers and everyone went Gaga over these.

We had soup, sandwiches, and salas. I got a Reuben with pastrami and corn beef (special order) and it was fantastic. My son said the Italian was excellent and the soup was really good.

I went to Einstein's first but the line was crazy so I tried Sidny's. I should've waited in line at Einstein's. My bagel sandwich was just ok, took forever to arrive, and they charged me $3.50 to add cream cheese on a $6 sandwich.

Decent bagel deli place. $6 for a bacon egg cheese bagel, which is okay but a little high. The quality of the sandwich is good and the bagel is fresh.

Excellent service, a wide variety of foods, but their bagels are small. I bought a bagel with lox and cream cheese for about $10, it was tasty but not worth $10.

Best bagels I've found in San Diego. Blended cream cheeses are top notch as well.

Love it, eat here every other day or so. Well worth the money. Portion sizes are GENEROUS. No clue what reviewer complaining on portion size could possibly be referring to. Used to run a NY style deli with New Yorker father and this is the only place in SD even close to NY style. They even have a "New Yorker" size. Phenomenal.

Love this place, pastrami eggle is my favorite. We have only tried a few items off the menu, but consistently delicious.

Ordered a Caesar salad expecting a small portion that would leave me a little hungry, but instead got this large bowl that was tasty and freshly made, that was plenty to feed two people. GREAT SERVICE and atmosphere to eat in or out. Your orders were delivered straight to your tablet. Wife had a Reuben sandwich and we both liked it too. Repeat customer that's for sure!

I really love this place!! It is a perfect quick stop to get something to eat that is delicious, well priced and quick! They have a variety of different breakfast sandwiches, sandwiches and bagels that I have had and haven't ever been disappointed. They have a parking lot out front that can sometimes be a nightmare but in general I don't usually struggle to find a place.

Quick service and fully loaded sandwiches. Two sandwiches without any sides were almost $20.

The best Bagels this side of the Mississippi. If you really want a special treat you must their Bialy too. They also have New York Kaiser rolls. They also carry the Boarshead meets and cheese. Go there and you will thank me.

The food is pretty good, but I've gone there 3 times now, twice when the restaurant was empty and my order has been incorrect every time. From just handing me someone else's order to leaving an entire meat off my sandwich. I know in hindsight I should check my order before I go but I just expected as this place seems to be a higher quality deli I wouldn't have to worry about that . Don't think I'll be returning

Love SidNYs bagels, really great thanks! The breakfast "eggels" are really good too. You can't go wrong with the basic eggel or add bacon for a real great breakfast sandwich.

We love the food. It takes a while so call ahead if you're in a rush.

Great locals deli/sandwich shop that has daily fresh bread/bagels and quality meats. I think their cold sandwiches tend to be better than the hot since some of then can be a little greasy. Great spot!

Best place to get a high quality sandwich deli style around! I've been coming here since I was little. Ingredients are always the freshest and they have some great premium selections. Sides are really good as well. I have no problem paying a bit more for quality like this.

Love SIDNY's Bagels. Great bagels and sandwiches, good coffee. And having the large outdoor seating is key! Only thing is a bit pricey. Bagel sandwiches and Snapple drinks for four people was over $50. But I'll be back!!!

Found myself with the dilemma of feeding 40+ in a 2 hour time frame. Googled Sydney's and OMG! Not only was the customer service superb but 40 hungry people were satisfied. Sandwiches were fresh and tasty, the salad was to die for and the pricing was awesome. Yes, I'm sold, Sydney's is now my main caterer.
